Safe Hands provides a variety of services that can be tailored to fit your unique case. Below you find a list of services available.

SUPERVISED VISITATIONS

Visitation between the non-custodial parent (NCP) and the child/children in the presence of a neutral third party who is responsible for observing (taking notes) and ensuring the safety of all parties involved.

SUPERVISED VIRTUAL VISITATION/TELEPHONE MONITORING

Virtual Monitoring and Telephone monitoring will be done via Zoom, Skype, Facetime or 3 way calling. This is another way to help the child/children to feel comfortable while connecting with the NCP.

OFFSITE SUPERVISED EXCHANGES

The Supervision of a transfer from one parent to another. Precautions are taken to assure that both parents or other individuals exchanging the child/children do not come in contact with one another.

REPORTS

Reports will be completed upon verbal or written request by the parent of attorney.

Summary Reports consists of a list of visitation dates/times/locations/ only.

Detailed Reports gives a list of visitation dates/times/locations and brief specific details of each visit.

COURT APPEARANCES

If either parent would like the monitor to appear in court to give testimony of visits observed, the parent will have to give the monitor time to prepare.

INTAKE INTERVIEW

Intake will be conducted with each parent individually before the first visit. Safe Hands will need a copy of the court order before the interview. After reviewing the order Safe Hands will schedule the interview.
